2017年11月29日"创新引领助推绿色生产和消费论坛"在北京召开。本次论坛由环境保护部环境发展中心主办,中环联合认证中心、环境保护部环境认证中心、绿色消费与绿色供应链联盟承办,旨在贯彻落实中国共产党十九大精神,充分利用环境标志、政府绿色采购、绿色供应链等手段,创新引领绿色生产与消费,推动我国生态文明建设。在论坛上,全国政协人口资源环境委员会副主任、中国气候变化事务特别代表、国家发改委原副主任解振华发表"高度重视环境标志制度作用加快推动生产和消费方式绿色转型"特邀主旨报告。我刊全文刊发以飨读者。

The Forum on Innovation Based Green Production and Consumption held in Beijing on November 29, 2017. The forum was sponsored by MEP Environmental Development Center and jointly held by China Environmental United Certification Center, MEP Environmental Certification Center and Alliance of Green Consumption and Green Supply Chain. The forum aims to carry out the gist of the 19th National Congress of Communist Party of China, fully employ the approaches such as environmental labeling, green public procurement and green supply chain to guide green production and eonsumption through innovation and promote the development of ecological civilization in China.
