摘要
2015年9月25日至27日联合国可持续发展峰会上,193个成员国达成成果文件《变革我们的世界:2030年可持续发展议程》(简称"2030议程"),议程包括17项可持续发展目标和169项具体目标。2016年1月1日,全球正式实施可持续发展议程,旨在应对未来15年全球面临的紧急危机和挑战。通过对全球、国家及区域层面落实议程所取得的相关进展进行梳理,分析其在各方面所呈现的特点和趋势,并提出进一步落实可持续发展议程环境目标的建议。
In September 25 th-27 th,2015,193 member countries attended UN Sustainable Development Summit and adopt a new sustainable development agenda ＂Transforming our world： The 2030 agenda for sustainable development ＂（ 2030 agenda）,including 17 sustainable development goals and 169 specific goals. In January 1 th,2016,the 2030 agenda for sustainable development implemented globally. The 2030 agenda aims to deal with the global crisis and challenges in the next 15 years. The progresses of the 2030 agenda in global,national and regional levels has been summarized,the characteristics and trend in various aspects has been analyzed,and further suggestions to carry out the environmental objectives of the 2030 agenda has been put forward.
