摘要
从生态环保的角度对国土空间实行分区差别化管理,是优化国土空间开发格局,从源头预防控制环境污染和生态破坏的重要手段。本文以浙江省县市为例,研发基于环境功能区划的生态空间管控信息平台,推进环境功能区划的落地实施,为区域生态环境空间管制、分区差别化管理提供基础平台和决策支持,提升生态环境空间管制效力。
From the perspective of ecological and environmental protection,it is an important means to optimize the land space development pattern and prevent and control environmental pollution and ecological destruction from the source. This paper taking Zhejiang Province as an example,researches the ecological space control information platform of environmental function zoning based on the ground to promote the implementation of environmental function zoning,to provide the basic platform and decision support for the regional ecological environment and space control zoning differentiated management, and then to improve the ecological environment space control effectiveness.
