废旧电池在当前传统的回收模式现状下,其回收率一直维持在1%~2%,本文总结当前废旧电池的回收现状,在借鉴国内外成功经验的基础上,对互联网+和生产责任延伸制的新形势下的回收模式进行改进与补充,探讨新型模式的关键因素。

Basing on the successful experience at home and abroad,we refine and supply the Internet＋ and Production responsibility extension schemata under the new circumstances.
