摘要
苦味的识别作为一种防御机制,能帮助动物避免摄入有毒物质。苦味受体是一类7次跨膜的G蛋白偶联受体,除了在口腔味蕾中表达外,还在其他的组织器官中表达,如胃、胰腺、十二指肠、脑、网膜动脉、心脏、肾脏、睾丸、鼻腔、肺等。本文就苦味受体在呼吸系统的研究进行综述。
The recognition of bitterness as a defense mechanism helps animals avoid the intake of toxic substances. The bitter taste receptor is an G protein coupled receptor 7 transmembrane (GPCR), the bitter taste reeeptor(TAS2R) not only express in oral taste buds, but also expressing in other tissues, such as stomach, pancreas, duodenum, brain, heart, kidney, omental artery, testis, lung, nasal cavity. This article reviews the research on the bitterness receptor in the respiratory system.
