摘要
广州—湛江客运专线引入湛江铁路枢纽对其总图格局影响深远,根据湛江铁路枢纽概况、在建与拟建工程,结合城市总体规划和客运量预测,首先研究广州—湛江客运专线分别从南侧和北侧引入枢纽的2个线路走向方案,比选后采用北侧引入方案。在此基础上,进一步研究新建湛江站方案(方案Ⅰ)和引入既有站方案(方案Ⅱ)系列方案。最后经过在城市规划协调性、运输组织、物业开发条件、工程实施难度、经济投资等方面的综合比选,建议采用新建双线引入湛江西站方案。
The connection of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Passenger Dedicated Line to Zhanjiang railway hub has a far-reaching impact on the master plan of the railway system. With a review of the local situation including undergoing projects and future plans, this paper compares the two potential route plans that include directing the line from the north to the hub and connecting the link with the terminal on its south side. Considering factors such as urban planning and traffic volume, the author chooses the first proposal that will bring the line from the north to the hub. In addition, the paper also analyzes the proposals of upgrading the Zhanjiang Station, including building a new one(Plan A) and renovating the existing one(Plan B). With an evaluation of all the factors such as the coordination of urban planning, the efficiency of transport management, conditions for property development, difficulties in project implementation, and the amount of economic investment, this paper proposes the connection plan of building a double-track line to Zhanjiang Western Railway Station.
