制造业集聚对城市绿色全要素生产率的溢出效应研究——基于城市等级视角

Spillover Effects of Manufacturing Agglomeration on Urban Green Total Factor Productivity:Based on the Perspective of Urban Grade

通过梳理制造业集聚影响绿色全要素生产率的理论机制,利用中国285个城市数据,实证检验了制造业集聚对城市绿色全要素生产率的空间溢出效应。结果表明:在考虑制造业内外部地位的情况下,制造业集聚对城市绿色全要素生产率的作用效果呈现"先扬后抑"的趋势,同时由于行政等级城市的调节能力更强,使得制造业城市要比行政等级城市更容易出现拥挤效应;制造业、服务业、以及两产业不同组成部分形成的协同集聚对城市绿色全要素生产效率表现出相同的"U型"关系,但制造业与低端服务业协同集聚的趋势更加明显。

This paper uses 285 city data to test the spatial spillover effects of manufacturing agglomera- tion on urban green total factor productivity. The results show that the effect of manufacturing agglomeration on urban energy and environmental efficiency is the process of ＂first increase＂ after considering the internal and external status of the manufacturing industry. Because the administrative ability of the city is stronger than that of the administrative city, the co - agglomeration of manufacturing and service industries and dif- ferent components has shown the same ＂U - type＂ relationship to the urban green total factor production ef- ficiency, while the agglomerative trend of manufacturing and low -end service industry in China is more obvious.
