文章分析了太阳能产业专利发展现状,研究光伏企业知识产权的发展思路、发展路径及发展计划,提出光伏企业知识产权战略发展的实施方案,即应该营造良好的专利发展的思想意识环境,积极运用专利收买战略与交叉许可战略,逐步构建专利网,建立产业专利联盟,以更好地促进企业长足发展。

This paper analyzes the present situation of the patent development of the solar power industry and research the overall development ideas, the development path, and development plans for Chinese photovoltaic industry, and then proposes the intellectual property development strategy. Only by creating an ideological environment for patent development, adopting the patent buying strategy and licensing strategy, and building up the patent network and the patent pool, can the industry be improved considerably.
