摘要
包容性增长不仅仅以单纯发展经济为目标,而是以全面均衡的经济发展为导向,同时公平合理地分享经济增长,寻求社会和经济的协调发展与可持续发展。文章认为基于包容性增长的企业管理创新应从企业内部和外部两个方面同时进行,内部企业管理创新主要是建设包容性的企业文化和促进员工价值创造力的提升;外部企业管理创新主要强调企业对合作者与竞争者的包容和对社会责任的包容。
Inclusive growth not only simply aims at the economic development, but in a comprehensive and balanced economic development as the guidance, which shares the economic growth fairly and reasonably, seeking the coordinated and sustainable development of society and economy. The paper holds that enterprise management innovation based on inclusive growth should be conducted from the internal and external. The internal enterprise management innovation mainly establishes the inclusive enterprise culture and promotes the value creativity of the employees. The external enterprise management innovation mainly emphasizes the enterprise's tolerance to the partners and competitors and the social responsibility.
