摘要
改革开放以来,伴随着我国社会主义市场经济的繁荣,我国的乡镇私营企业的发展也与日俱增。但由于政治经济文化等诸多方面的因素,乡镇私营企业的内部控制存在着很大漏洞,严重制约企业的发展。文章以某肥料科技有限公司为例,通过对其内部控制问题的一些分析,提出相应建议以供借鉴。
Since Chinese economic reform and opened-up, private enterprises in township has increasingly developed along with the prosperity of Chinese socialist market economy. However, due to the political, economic and cultural factors and many others, there are many loopholes in the internal control of the township private enterprises, which severely restrict the development of enterprises. This paper will take a fertilizer technology LLC as an example and put forward some suggestions for reference by analyzing some of its internal control problems.
