摘要
随着现代化建设的发展需要,高强混凝土被越来越多地应用于各类建设工程中。文章结合宿迁市交通建设工程项目,在水胶比0.26~0.20的范围内,分别采用一般成型工艺、"裹砂法"以及"裹石法"3种混凝土成型工艺配置低水胶比高强混凝土,探讨成型工艺对低水胶比高强混凝土的性能影响及原因。结果表明,采用"裹砂法"或者"裹石法"可有效提高低水胶比混凝土的强度,同时改善工作性能。
With the development of modern construction, high-strengthen concrete is used in more and more kinds of construction projects. In this paper, three kinds of concrete preparation techniques: conventional molding process, cement wrapped sand methods, cement wrapped stone methods , are applied in the research of the causes and the differences in the concrete performance at low water-cement ratio in the range of 0.26-0.20 with traffic engineering in Suqian city. The results show that high-strength concrete at low water-cement ratio prepared with cement wrapped sand methods or cement wrapped stone methods can efficiently improve the compress strength, improving the work performance also.
