江苏海洋经济在“一带一路”背景下的优劣势及发展机遇

Advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu marine economic and its development opportunities under the background of the “One Belt One Road”

"一带一路"是中国经济新常态背景下提出的战略,江苏省由于自身独特的地理位置优势,又处于对外开放的前沿,应抓住机遇,主动融入"一带一路"建设中去。文章分析了"一带一路"战略的意义,以及在该背景下江苏海洋经济的优势与劣势,进一步分析了新时代下江苏在沿海港口建设、海洋科技水平提高、海洋产业结构调整、海洋生态文明建设等方面的机遇。

＂One Belt One Road＂ is a strategy proposed in the context of the new normal of the Chinese economy. At the forefront of opening up coastal provinces, Jiangsu should seize the opportunity and take the initiative to integrate itself into the ＂One Belt One Road＂ construction. This paper analyzes the significance of the ＂One Belt One Road＂ strategy and the advantages and disadvantages of the marine economy development in Jiangsn under the background of ＂One Belt One Road＂. It further analyzes the new era opportunities of Jiangsu＇s construction like the coastal ports development, the improvements of marine science and technology, the adjustment of marine industrial structures and the construction of marine ecological civilization.
