加强基层图书室队伍建设是加快构建现代公共文化服务体系的必然要求,针对镇、村、社区图书室管理员培训中存在的突出问题,县级图书馆必须不断强化师资力量,创新培训内容,灵活培训形式,以提高基层图书室管理员的整体素质和服务效能。

Strengthening the construction of primary library team is a necessary requirement to accelerate the construction of modern system of public cultural services. In view of the distinct problems existing in the town, village, community librarian training, the county level must continuously strengthen faculty, innovating training content, renewing training forms, in order to improve the whole quality of the primary librarians and service efficiency.
