摘要
以1-(4-羟基苯基)-m-碳硼烷、烯丙基溴为原料,无水碳酸钾为吸收剂,丙酮为溶剂,制备了1-(4-丙烯氧基苯基)-m-碳硼烷;然后将其与七甲基环四硅氧烷反应(以氯铂酸异丙醇溶液为催化剂),制备了1-(4-七甲基环四硅氧烷丙氧基苯基)-m-碳硼烷。研究结果表明:当n[1-(4-羟基苯基)-m-碳硼烷]∶n(烯丙基溴)∶n(K_2CO_3)=1.0∶1.2∶1.8、反应时间为12 h时,1-(4-丙烯氧基苯基)-m-碳硼烷的产率(为73.0%)相对最大;当反应时间为8 h、反应温度为40℃和n(七甲基环四硅氧烷):n[1-(4-丙烯氧基苯基)-m-碳硼烷]=1.0∶1.2时,1-(4-七甲基环四硅氧烷丙氧基苯基)-m-碳硼烷的产率(为80.1%)相对最大。
With 1-(4-hydroxy phenyl)- m-carbon borane and allyl bromide as raw materials, anhydrous potassium carbonate as absorbent, acetone as solvent, the 1-(4-propenyloxyphenyl)- m-carbon borane was prepared. Then, it and heptamethylcyclotetrasiloxy were reacted by chloroplatinic acid isopropyl alcohol solution as catalyst, the 1-(4-heptamethylcyclotetrasiloxy propoxyphenyl)- m-carbon borane was prepared. The research results showed that the 1-(4-propenyloxyphenyl)-m-carbon borane had the relatively maximal yield (73.0%) when molar ratio of nil-(4-hydroxy phenyl)-m-carbon borane] : n(allyl bromide) :n(K2CO3) was 1.0: 1.2: 1.8, and reaction time was 12 h. The 1-(4-heptamethylcyclotetrasiloxy propoxyphenyl)-m-carbon borane had the relatively maximal yield (80.1%) when reaction time was 8 h, reaction temperature was 40℃ , and molar ratio of n ( heptamethylcyclotetrasiloxy ) : n[ 1 - (4-propenyloxyphenyl) -m-carbon borane] was 1.0 : 1.2.
