摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、自制1008为交联单体和丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合法合成了水性丙烯酸酯乳液,并将其应用于水性油墨的制备。研究结果表明:该水性丙烯酸酯乳液的平均粒径为117 nm且粒径分布均一,其热稳定性相对较好、Zeta电位值为-16.7 m V以及玻璃化转变温度(T_g)为19~℃;当w(水性丙烯酸酯乳液)=60%(相对于水性油墨质量而言)时,制得的水性油墨具有适宜的黏度和储存期,并且其光泽、着色力、耐水性和附着牢度俱佳,完全满足包装和印刷行业的应用要求。
With butyl acrylate (BA) as soft monomer, styrene (St) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as hard monomers, self-made 1008 as crosslinking monomer and acrylic acid (AA) as functional monomer, a waterborne acrylate emulsion, which was used for preparing waterborne ink, was synthesized by pre-emulsified semicontinuous seed emulsion polymerization. The research results showed that the average particle size of waterborne acrylate emulsion was 117 nm and its distribution was uniform, and the emulsion had the relatively better thermal stability, its Zeta potential value and glass transition temperature (Tg) were- 16.7 mV and 19 ℃ respectively. The waterborne ink could completely meet the application requirement of packaging and printing industry because it had the appropriate viscosity and storage life, and its gloss, coloring power, water resistance and adhesion fastness were all good when mass fraction of waterborne acrylate emulsion was 60% in waterborne ink.
