不同施肥对岷山红三叶中丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 甘肃定西市岷县培育的岷山红三叶属多年生冷季型牧草,是国内著名的珍稀地方优势牧草,适应云贵高原和青藏高原地区高寒阴湿的生态条件,具有抗寒耐湿、优质高产、适口性好、抗逆性强、病虫害少、营养价值高等特点。本试验研究不同氮、磷肥施肥量的处理对红三叶不同生育时期丙二醛含量的影响,为红三叶的种植提供科学依据。通过对优质牧草岷山红三叶施用不同的N、P肥处理,检测红三叶中丙二醛的含量得出:红三叶中丙二醛的含量在不同生育时期出现波型变化,在每一个生育时期,随着N、P肥的增加丙二醛的含量都有所变化,施肥量的增加会使的丙二醛的含量升高或降低,总体来说,N肥的A4处理下和P肥A4处理下丙二醛六个生育时期的平均值最小。 The red clover cultivated in Min county, Dingxi city, Gansu province, is a kind of famous rare and local excellent grass in China, which is adapted to the high cold and wet ecological conditions of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. It has the characteristics of cold resistance, high quality, high yield, good palatability, strong resistance, low plant diseases and insect pests, and high nutritional value. The experiment studied the effects of different Nitrogen and Phosphate fertilizer treatments on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in red clover in different growth stages, and provided scientific basis for the cultivation of red clover. The content of malondialdehyde in red clover was determined by different N and P treatments, and the content of malondialdehyde in red clover varied in different growth stages. With the increase of N and P fertilizer application, the content of malondialdehyde increased or decreased. On the whole, the average value of malondialdehyde was the lowest under the A4 treatment of N fertilizer and P fertilizer.
