摘要
通过对新疆某氧化铜矿的工艺矿物学研究,查明了矿石中铜的品位为1.07%,其中氧化铜中铜占有率为50.24%,因此该矿石类型属于氧化矿石。脉石矿物中方解石含量较高,达24.93%,同时易泥化脉石矿物白云母、绿泥石的含量也较高。此外,该矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度细,磨矿解离效果差。综上可知,该矿石属于难处理矿石。因此,要较好地利用该铜矿资源,在浮选过程中应采取适度细磨,并注意脉石矿物的影响。
Processing mineralogy study of the oxide copper ore from a mine in Xinjiang is carried out. The results show that the grade of copper in ore is 1.07%. Copper in copper oxide is 50. 24%, so the ore type is the oxidized ore. The content of calcite in gangue minerals is high, up to 24.93%. Meanwhile, the contents of Easy- to-slime muscovite and chlorite are also very high. In addition, the dissemination size of valuable mineral is fine, and the grinding dissociation effect is poor. In conclusion, it belongs to the refractory ore. For the better utilization of the mine resource, fine grinding should be taken in the flotation process, and the influence of gangue minerals should be paid more attention.
