离心选矿机回收微细粒锡石的工艺研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对广西大厂巴里选矿厂微细粒锡石回收效果差的现状,对该微细粒锡石进行了试验研究。通过方案对比,确定了采用离心选矿机取代"脱硫浮选—细泥摇床重选"的原则工艺,可达到高效回收微细粒锡石的目的。试验可获得锡品位10.72%、锡回收率84.80%的锡精矿,并成功实现了工业化应用,技术改造后,锡精矿锡品位和作业回收率分别提高了10.80%和49.17%。 Aiming at the actuality that the recycle of the microgranular cassiterite is poor from Dachang, an experimental study of recovering tin was carried. By comparison, the centrifugal separator was carried to replace the "desulfurizing flotation gravity separation by shaking table for fine mud" flow sheet. The tin concentrates contain tin 10. 72% with tin recovery of 84. 80%. And the present technology has been industrialized. Compared with the original process, the grade and recovery of tin concentrate are increased by 10. 80 and 49. 17 percentage points respectively.
