新型磨前干式预选工艺在攀西某钒钛磁铁矿的应用 被引量:12

摘要 针对混合型铁矿选矿工艺流程增加磨前预选作业可提前抛除合格尾矿,并能提高入磨品位以降低后续磨选能耗,最终实现降本增效。重点介绍了以CYB磁异步干选机为核心的一种新型短流程干式预选工艺,及其应用于攀西某钒钛磁铁矿细碎后、入磨前的预选作业情况,结果表明该新工艺抛尾率高达25%,铁、钛精矿品位分别提高4.4%与1.8%,尾矿TiO_2品位控制在3.6%以下,分选指标明显优于常规筒式干选机组成的预选系统。新型预选工艺流程空间结构配置简单、紧凑,可大幅简化磨前预选工艺流程,对于攀西钒钛磁铁矿的应用前景尤其广阔。 Increase pre-concentration before grinding for processing flow of mixed type iron ore would be obviously beneficial to reduce costs and increase benefits. Since grinding grade could be enhanced and the follow- up grinding and separating energy consumption could also be decreased by discharging qualified tailings in advance. A new type shortened dry pre-concentration processing flow taking CYB type magnetic separator as the core was focused on in this paper, and application of the new dry separation system in V-Ti magnetite of Panxi region was introduced. Industrial tests show that the new system is significantly better than the common system consisted of drum type magnetic separators. The effective tailing discharging rate is up to 25%, Fe and TiO2 grades in concentrate were increased by 4. 4% and 1.8% while TiO2 grades in tailings can be controlled less than 3.6%. Moreover, the new system could significantly simplify processing flow of pre-concentration before grinding because of its simple and compact space structure distribution, magnetite in Panxi region. which has a widely application prospect especially for V-Ti
