基于保险的文化创意企业融资风险管理研究

Research on Financing Risk Management in Cultural and Creative Enterprises Based on Insurance

文化创意企业由于固定资产少、运营风险高,很难从商业银行获得融资。文化保险的出现能够有效降低文化企业经营的不确定性,增强文化创意企业的抗风险能力。通过向保险公司投保并将保单质押给银行,可以降低商业银行的融资风险,提高商业银行的信贷限额,有效缓解文化创意企业的融资难问题。首先对文化创意产业风险承保范围进行分析。然后根据文化保险的类型提出了三种保单质押融资模式,设计了相应的流程,并从文化创意企业、保险公司、商业银行各自的角度提出了防范融资风险的措施。最后对保单质押融资服务定价问题进行了研究。

Because cultural and creative enterprises often have little fixed assets and high operational risks,it is hard for them to get financing service for commercial banks. Cultural insurance can reduce the degree of uncertainty during operating and enhance the ability of risk-resistance for cultural and creative enterprises. By buying cultural insurance and mortgaging the insurance policy to the bank,it can reduce financing risk of the commercial bank,raise the credit limit and effectively mitigatethe problem of cultural and creative enterprises financing. In this paper,the coverage of cultural and creative industry risks is analyzed firstly. Then,three kinds of financing mode are put forward and their business processes are designed according to the types of culture insurance. The methods of guarding against financial risk are put forward from the perspective of cultural and creative enterprises,insurance companies and commercial banks respectively. Finally,financing service pricing of insurance policy as collateral is studied.
