In this paper, by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway express delivery business, we clarified its market positioning, analyzed its feasibility and necessity, and then in view of the organization mode and product provision of the high-speed railway express delivery service and the percentage of the products in the freight volume by category, formulated the corresponding transport organization scheme that involved multiple transport modes.
