苏钢集团供给侧改革背景下的铁路专用线运输作业优化

Research on Transportation Process Optimization for Dedicated Railway Lines in Context of Supply-side Reform of Sugang Group

为提升路企直通运输效率,优化铁路专用线运输作业流程,从江苏苏钢集团有限公司(以下简称苏钢集团)铁路专用线的实际运输情况出发,针对目前苏钢集团铁路专用线运输在铁路装车与卸车作业、验收与发货作业、取车与送车作业流程中存在的主要问题,提出苏钢集团铁路专用线运输优化的设计方案,为提升苏钢集团铁路专用线运输的现代化物流水平提供参考,也可为其他开展相似业务的单位提供借鉴。

In this paper, in order to improve the efficiency of the through transportation companies and optimize the workflow of the dedicated railway lines, we started with the practical situation of the dedicated railway lines of Jiangsu Sugang Group Co., Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as Sugang Group）. In light of the major problems existing in car loading and unloading, cargo acceptance and dispatch, car picking and delivery, etc., we proposed the corresponding design solution to optimize the transportation process of the dedicated railway lines of Sugang Group.
