摘要
基于荆江航道整治一期工程,将比较效益应用于交通运输,研究水运相对公路运输与铁路运输的比较优势。通过预测项目有无的货运量,分别计算水运在物流成本、社会投入产出和生态环境三部分的比较效益,将水运成本低、社会效益高和环境影响小的优势定量化分析,更直观的看出水运有较大的比较优势。
In this paper, based on the result of the first phase of the Jingjiang waterway regulation project, we applied the comparative benefit analysis to the transportation project and studied the comparative advantage of the waterway transportation relative to highway and railway transportation. Through a W/WO comparison of the freight volume of the project, we calculated the comparative benefits of the logistics cost, social input and output and ecological environment of the waterway transport system respectively, and analyzed quantitatively its advantages in terms of low cost, high social benefit and small environmental impact to more intuitively show the comparative advantage of waterway transport.
