摘要
"一带一路"政策为陕西省物流业的发展提供了新的机遇,同时物流与环境的问题成为物流业发展新的挑战。采用IPCC清单法对陕西省物流业碳排放进行了测算,并从能源结构的角度对碳排放趋势进行了分析,提出了积极调整能源结构和大力发展低碳技术的政策建议。
In this paper, against the background of the Belt and Road initiative, we measured the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in Shaanxi using the IPCC inventory method, analyzed the trend in the carbon emissions of the industry from the angle of energy structure and at the end, put forward the policy suggestions of actively adjusting the energy structure and developing the low-carbon technologies.
