父母职业类别与蒙古族学生高等教育机会获得的关联——基于内蒙古3所高校的实证调查 被引量:3

The Relation between Occupational Type and Access to Higher Education for Mongolian Students——An Empirical Study of Three Universities in Inner Mongolia

摘要 从父母职业类别的视角对蒙古族学生接受高等教育的机会与质量进行调查分析,结果发现,自1990年至2010年,无论在总体数量还是在入学质量上,蒙古族各职业类别工作人员子女的入学机会差距均在不断缩小,但都始终存在显著差异。党政机关、企事业单位负责人子女的入学机会优势明显,农民子女的入学机会一直徘徊在社会平均水平以下。应提高农村地区教育发展水平;改善农村地区经济生活水平,转变农民的教育观念;改革一刀切的高考加分政策;完善资助政策;着力提升地方高校的教育质量。 A survey of the access to higher education and the quality of Mongolian students was made from the perspective of parents' occupational types. The analysis shows that from 1990 to 2010,though the gap among different occupational types of Mongolians in access to higher education was shrinking in both the total number and the enrollment quality,there was still a significant difference. Children of the leaders of the party and government organs as well as enterprise leaders enjoyed obvious advantages in entrance opportunity,while entrance opportunities for children of farmers were under the average social level. Therefore,efforts should be made to uplift the level of educational development,economy and life in rural areas,change farmers' educational concept,reform the uniformed preferential policy that awards bonus points in the national college entrance exams,improve supporting policy and vigorously improve the educational quality of local universities.
