摘要
本文以芒市X乡载瓦-汉双语教学为个案,通过学生自评、教师测评说明云南省德宏州双语教学尚未实现"民汉兼通"的目标。究其原因,载瓦-汉双语教学面临民族语文师资短缺、双语教学类型不固定、民文课时不足、教材教辅匮乏、缺乏统一的评价机制等困境。实现双语教学目标需要合理培养和转化民族语文师资,固定教学类型,保证民文课时与教材供给,制定统一的评价机制。
Through a case study of X Township,the paper discusses the goal and dilemma of ZaiwaHan bilingual teaching in Yunnan province. Students' self-assessment and teachers' evaluation illustrate that bilingual teaching has not reached the goal of mastering ethnic language and Chinese at the same time. This is caused by a shortage of ethnic language teachers,unfixed model of bilingual teaching,insufficient ethnic language class hours,and a lack of teaching materials and unified evaluation mechanism. So,efforts should be made to solve the problems in order to reach the goal.
