“一带一路”背景下宁夏阿拉伯语教育问题初探

A Preliminary Study of Arabic Education in Ningxia under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

在国家"一带一路"倡议实施中,宁夏借助区位、语言文化的优势,可以发挥重要的作用,特别是语言文化优势是宁夏在"一带一路"中的软实力,阿拉伯语教育应得到更大的重视。从"一带一路"加强各国经贸交流与合作的需要出发,应该认识到回族阿拉伯语教学传统的存在与发展是一种宝贵的资源。目前,宁夏"为宗教而教"的传统阿拉伯语教育模式已难以适应"一带一路"倡议实施的需要,应建立"为经贸与科技而教"的回族阿拉伯语教育新体系。

In the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative,Ningxi can play a very important role with its local and linguistical advantages. Since Ningxi has its advantages in language and culture which are the soft powers in the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative,a greater attention should be given to Arabic education. According to the need of economic and trade exchanges and cooperation with other countries,Hui people＇s use and development of Arabic language should be regarded as a precious resource.At present,religion-oriented Arabic education mode in Ningxi can hardly meet the need of the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative,therefore,a new system of economy-trade-science-oriented Arabic education of Hui people should be established.
