摘要
肿瘤的发生发展伴随周边环境的变化,恶性肿瘤塑造的微环境不仅有利于其自身生长,也影响着周边各种细胞的功能变化。血管内皮细胞(VECs)通常指心脏、血管及淋巴管内表面的单层扁平上皮,其中存在于外周血中的VECs又称为循环内皮细胞,正常情况下数量极少,其数量变化能反映血管内皮的受损程度。VECs作为肿瘤微环境的主要成分之一,其生物学行为和功能的改变有助于肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移。本文就VECs在肿瘤发生发展中的生物学行为和功能变化作一综述。
The tumorigenesis is accompanied by the changes of its surroundings. The tumor microenvironment is not only ben- eficial to its own growth, but also affects the function of the circumambient cells. Vascular endothelial cells (VECs) usually refer to the monolayer squamous epithelium in inner surface of heart, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, and VECs existing in the peripheral blood are also addressed as the circulating endothelial cells. VECs normally present in extremely small amounts, and the number of changes can reflect the extent of vascular endothelial damage. This article reviews the biological behavior and functional changes in the development of cancer from the perspective of VECs.
