陕西高校来华留学生教育现状分析

近年来,随着陕西高等教育国际化发展水平的提高,陕西省来华留学生的教育发展呈现出逐年上升趋势和生源地多元化倾向。但与发达地区相比,仍存在语言生占比高、学历生偏少、专业水平认同感偏低、特色专业影响力弱、政策引导不够等现象。这种发展趋势反映出:"语言+专业"成为留学教育的新需求,知名度高的高校和具有产业、行业特色的理工科大学的特色专业,对丝路沿线国家和中亚地区的来华留学生更具吸引力,东南亚国家和地区的来华留学教育发展具有较大的开拓空间,政策引导是关键。

In the development of ＂ The belt and the road＂,the education level of oversea students in a region is an important index of regional economy,education development,culture spreading and internationalization level.With the improvement of internationalization level of Shaanxi higher education,the development of overseas students in Shaanxi has shown a tendency of increasing trend and pluralism in recent years.Compared with developed areas,there still are phenomena of high language student ratio;low professional level recognition sense;weak special professional effect;less policy leading.Chinese teacher localization demand in student place is stronger,high-level elite in Chinese international teaching is exuberant; ＂ Language ＋ professional＂ has become a new choice for studying abroad,especially the higherprofile University of Science and Engineering with industry and industry characteristics,which is more attractive to oversea students from the countries along the Silk Road and Central Asia.The education of studying in China of oversea students coming from Southeast Asian countries and regions has a larger space to develop.Policy guidance is the key.
