摘要
以优良南方型美洲黑杨品种作亲本配制6个不同的杂交组合,再以这6个杂交组合育成的杂交子代1年生实生苗为材料繁育无性系,在调查无性系苗期生长状况、锈病发生情况等多个选育指标的基础上进行联合选择。结果表明,家系HB-IV、HB-VI、HB-I在株高和地径生长上表现出较强优势,家系HB-I、HB-IV在抗锈病方面表现出较强优势。综合以上生长及抗病性状、杂交苗无性系化后的苗期表现,经过初选和复选,在HB-I家系中筛选出了14个具有杂种优势的优良抗性单株,为进一步选育速生、高抗锈病、繁殖力强的美洲黑杨新品种奠定了基础。
In order to acquire the fast-growing and disease-resistant poplar varieties, we used superior South America black poplar varieties as parents to make six different crosses and applied the one-year-old progeny seedlings of six hybrids as materials to culture their clones, and then the growth status of the clones at their seedling stage and their rust disease index were determined. The measurements indicated that the families of HB-IV, HB-VI and HB-I showed strong advantages in the seedling height and basal diameter; the families of HB-I and HB-IV showed strong advantage in disease resistance to rust. Considering the growth and disease resistance traits at the seedling stage of hybrids clones,we selected 14 resistant plants with excel- lent heterosis from Family HB-I at last,and this laid a good foundation for further breeding excellent varieties with the character of fast-growing, high disease resistance and reproductive capacity.
