筇竹叶片解剖结构的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用石蜡切片技术,对筇竹(Qiongzhuea tumidinoda)叶片进行了解剖学研究,并对其显微结构进行分析。结果表明,筇竹叶片表皮细胞长5.22~20.38μm,宽3.90~14.68μm;泡状细胞长14.98~34.88μm,宽9.99~32.97μm;叶肉细胞长7.67~25.20μm,宽2.68~13.86μm;薄壁细胞长5.68~13.74μm,宽2.70~10.09μm,厚壁细胞长3.11~11.64μm,宽1.83~8.19μm。筇竹叶片在解剖结构上存在变异,各指标变异系数为9.30%~26.08%,除个别指标外,变异系数均在15%以上;构建了筇竹叶片各类细胞长宽之间的回归方程,可用各类细胞的宽度对各类细胞的长度进行预测。发现仅少数指标之间存在差异,多数指标不同年龄之间的差异并不显著,筇竹秆龄并没有对叶片形态特征产生明显差别。 An anatomical study of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda was carried out by using paraffin section technique. The microstructure of Q. tumidinoda leaves was analyzed. The results showed that the length of the epidermal cell was 5.22-20.38 μm,the width was 3.90-14.68 μm,the length of the bulliform cell was 14.98-34.88 μm,the width was 9. 99-32.97μm,the mesophyll cell length was 7.67-25.20 μm,the width was 2.68-13.86μm. The parietal cell length was 5.68-13.74μm,the width was 2.70-10.09μm, the thick-walled cell was 3.11-11.64 μm,and the width was 1.83-8.19 μm. The variation coefficients of the indexes were 9.30%-26.08%. Except for the individual indexes,the coefficient of variation was above 15%. The regression equation between the length and width of the cells was established. The length of all kinds of cells could be predicted by the width. It was found that only a few differences between the indicators,most of the differences between the different ages were not significant. Q. tumidinoda age had no significant effects on leaf morphological characteristics.
