Synopsis on Vertigo Disease in Medical Record of LU Guanhu

陆观虎先生对于眩晕病的辨治以病因为界分治表里,在此基础上从肝论治,偏治肝火,同时化痰利湿以顾脾胃,且标本兼治。其处方立法灵活多变,用药以轻灵见长,但不离辨证论治的精神。

Lu Guanhu considered that the differential diagnosis and treatment of vertigo should concentrate both on exterior and interior according to the pathogen. Based on it,he thought highly of treatment through liver. The treatment should focus on the liver-fire,reduce phlegm,remove dampness through diuresis to protect spleen and stomach,and address both the symptoms and root cause. The applicance of drug was flexible and the dose was small,which was not seperated from the spirit of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
