从中华人民共和国发展史看习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,对于坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,推进党和国家各项事业继续前进具有十分重要的意义。中华民族经过97年艰苦斗争迎来了"站起来"、"富起来"到"强起来"的三个历史性飞跃。在强起来阶段,急需解决建设经济实力强国、实现高质量发展和提高国家抗风险能力三大问题。直面发展不平衡问题,要以均衡发展、协调发展和全面发展来解决领域、区域和群体发展之间的不平衡。通过发挥市场在资源中的决定性作用,从高速发展向高质量发展,满足人民需求升级来解决发展的不充分问题。在迎来富起来到强起来的进程中,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对中国和世界产生了巨大影响,表现在三个方面:一是对中国及世界经济发展的引导作用;二是以人民为中心是对人民主体地位的升华;三是共商共建共享理念成为全球治理的主流,为世界各国处理好国家治理和政党关系树立了榜样。

To study Xi Jin-ping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era in terms of the development of the PRC imposes great importance on upholding and developing Chinese socialism as well as promoting the ongoing development of the CPC and the nation. Through 97-year hardshipand struggle, the Chinese nation accomplished three historical leaps from standing up, bettering up to getting stronger. In the phase of getting stronger, it isurgent to solve three major issues: building up a powerful country with economic strength, bringing about quality development and elevating national anti-riskcapability. Confronting unbalanced development, we shall work out the unbalance between industries, regions and groups by means of balanced, coordinatedand integrated development. We shall solve the inadequacy of development by leveraging the decisive role of market in resources distribution, advancing fromhigh-speed to high-quality development, meeting people's upgrading demands. In the process from being rich to being strong, Xi Jin-ping's thoughts onsocialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era impose a great impact on China and the rest of the world. This was illustrated in three aspects: guiding theeconomic development of China and the world; updating the status of people with a people-centered focus; and building up a model for national governance andpolitical party relations all over the world as the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration becomes the mainstream for global governance.
