目的:介绍一种急性骶髂关节紊乱临床检查的新方法——6 s检查试验,通过与临床常用的4种检查方法比较,评价其在疾病诊断中的应用效果。方法:采用6 s检查试验、"4"字试验、骨盆旋转试验、下肢长度测量及直腿抬高试验等方法对急性骶髂关节紊乱患者在复位前和复位后进行检查。结果:复位前34例急性骶髂关节紊乱患者6 s检查试验阳性率为97.06%,明显高于其他临床检查试验;复位后,无并发症的治愈者,6 s检查试验假阳性率为0%,与其他临床试验相似,有并发症的治愈者6 s检查试验假阳性率约16.7%,与骨盆旋转试验相似,低于其他试验。未治愈的3位患者,6 s检查试验阳性率100%,高于其他试验。结论:6 s检查试验是一种高灵敏度和高特异度的检查方法,可作为急性骶髂关节紊乱初步诊断和复位效果评价的方法。

Results： Before reset, the positive rate of The 6 Seconds Check Test applied to diagnose 34 patients with acute sacroiliac dysfunction is 97.06%, significantly higher than the other clinical check tests; After successfully reset, the false positive rate of The 6 Seconds Check Test applied to diagnose the patients without complication is 0%, Similar to the other clinical tests, the false positive rate of the 6 Seconds Check Test applied to diagnose the patients with complication is a little higher, about 16.7%, it＇s similar to the pelvic rotation test and lower than the other tests. The positive rate of The 6 Seconds Check Test applied to diagnose 3 patients who failed to reset is 100%, higher than the other tests. Conclusion： The research of The 6 Seconds Check Test is a test method with high sensitivity and high specificity, it can be used as a method of acute sacroiliac dysfunction primary diagnose and reset effect evaluation.
