摘要
通过对辊弯U型肋产品的工艺研究及设计,经成型道次、折弯角等关键技术要素的合理分配,折弯工艺方法的合理选择,开发过程中对产品重点要素的控制,以及对边浪、在线坡口加工、肢高差超标等问题的解决等,成功开发出完全满足客户技术要求的U型肋产品。产品实物质量检测表明,产品外形尺寸和力学性能满足控制要求。与折弯工艺相比,辊弯U型肋可在线加工坡口,可多道次变形,具有角部残余应力小等技术优势,吨钢约降低生产成本829元/t,应用前景广阔,是U型肋产品未来生产的主要方向。
By the process research and design for rolled forming U-shaped ribs, reasonable distribution of key technical factors such as forming passes, bend angle and other factors and reasonable selection of bending process, the key factors of products during the development have been effectively controlled and the solutions to the problems met during the development have been determined. At the meantime, U-shaped ribs which completely meet the customers' requirements have been developed by physical dimensions and mechanical properties tests of products. Product physical quality test showed that the product shape size and mechanical properties meet the control requirements. Compared with the bending process, the roll bending U-shaped rib process has many technology superiorities, such as on-line machining groove, multipass deformation and small corner residual stress. The production cost was produced by 829 Yuan per ton steel. It has a broad application prospect and is the main direction of U-rib production in the future.
