高碘酸钾氧化光度法测定炉渣中的氧化锰

摘要 采用碳酸钠-硼酸混合熔剂熔融炉渣试样,代替盐酸、硝酸、硫酸冒烟溶解试样,酸浸后溶液于硫酸、磷酸介质中,在加热条件下,用高碘酸钾氧化二价锰为紫红色的高锰酸盐,以亚硝酸钠还原的同一被测溶液为参比,在波长530 nm处,测量其吸光度。实验表明,锰质量浓度在0~10 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。本方法用于测定转炉渣和高炉渣中氧化锰,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%和4.5%(n=5)。 The siam sample was fused with sodium carbonate- boric acid mixed flux, instead of sample being decomposed with Hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid, molten material was dissolved in sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid medium after acid leaching. Under the heating conditions, bivalent manganese was oxidized to aubergine permanganate by potassium periodate, the same measured solution was reduced by sodium nitrite as the reference solution, absorbance was measured in the wavelength of 530 nm. Experiments show that Beer law was obeyed for manganese in the concentration range of 0-10 mg/L. This method was used for the measurement the manganese oxide in the electric furnace slag and blast furnace slag, the maximum relative standard deviation of tests was 1.3% and 4.5% (n=5).
