基于培育核心竞争力的钢铁企业创新实践及启示

Innovation Activities and Implication of Iron and Steel Enterprises Basing on Cultivation of Core Competence

要:简要分析了核心竞争力的内涵、特点、作用,指出创新对培育核心竞争力具有重要作用。在此基础上,对宝钢开发冷轧汽车板、浦项培育技术创新能力的实践进行回顾和分析,针对各自的实践分别提出相应的启示。结合党的十九大精神,指出我国钢铁企业创新发展的重要性和有关建议。

In this article, the author briefly analyzes the connotation, characteristic and function of core competence, and pointed out that the innovation can promote the cultivation of core competence. The author then looks back and analyzes the developing activities of cool rolled auto plate in Baosteel, and those of Posco fostering technology innovation ability, and some implication are given. Finally, the author gives viewpoints that it is important for iron and steel enterprises to develop innovatively and some suggestion are also set out combining the spirits of the 19th national congress of CPC.
