八种植物精油单组分化合物对平菇厉眼蕈蚊的驱避作用 被引量:7

摘要 为了寻找平菇厉眼蕈蚊(Lycoriella pleuroti)无公害防治新途径,通过室内和草菇(Volvariella volvacea)生产现场试验测定了8种植物精油单组成分化合物对平菇厉眼蕈蚊的驱避作用。结果表明:α-松油醇(0.0625%~2%)和芳樟醇(0.125%~2%)对平菇厉眼蕈蚊成虫具有驱避活性,驱避率均随施用浓度的增加而显著增加,芳樟醇还具有低浓度引诱的特性;香茅醛引诱效果不明显;而柠檬烯、柠檬醛、香叶醇、香叶烯和香茅醇均表现出明显的引诱活性。研究还表明,α-松油醇和芳樟醇对平菇厉眼蕈蚊各虫态无明显的毒杀作用。因此,α-松油醇和芳樟醇具有用于食用菌生产中防治平菇厉眼蕈蚊的潜力。 In order to develop an environmentally friendly approach to control Lycoriella pleuroti ,eight plantderived essential oils were tested for their repellent activity. The results showed that only α-terpineol and linalool presented repellent activity against adult L. pleuroti on a concentration-dependent manner. The repellent rate of α-terpineol and linalool increased as the application concentration increased. There was no significant toxic effect of these two compounds on L. pleuroti. Low concentrations of linalool on the other hand had an attractive effect on L. pleuroti. Except citronellal, all the other five compounds, limonene, citral, geraniol, myrcene and citronellol showed attractive activity on adult L. pleuroti. Therefore, α- terpineol and linalool can be potentially used as L. pleuroti repellents in edible mushroom production.
