电缆本体与附件界面压力测量方法的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 电缆本体与电缆附件之间的界面压力一定程度上决定了电缆附件的电气强度,电缆本体与附件界面间压力的准确测量,是确保电缆附件长期安全可靠运行的关键。本文综述了国内外几种电缆本体与附件界面压力的测量方法,主要包括内置传感器法、光弹性分析法、电阻应变测量法、现场实际电测法和有限元分析法,分析了不同方法的优缺点,并展望了准确测量界面压力的发展方向。 The interface pressure between cable and cable accessory determines the electrical strength of cable accessory to a certain extent, measuring the interface pressure accurately is the key to ensuring the safety and reliability of cable accessories for long-term operating. In this paper, the measuring methods of interface pressure between cable and cable accessory at home and abroad were reviewed, including the built-in sensor method, photoelastic analysis method, resistance strain measurement, on-site actual electrical measurement, and finite element analysis method. The advantages and disadvantages of different methods were analyzed, and the development direction of measuring the interface pressure accurately was proposed.
