电机铁芯隔水防护用聚脲涂料的制备 被引量:3

摘要 以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体、改性端氨基聚环氧丙烷醚(ED600)以及扩链剂二乙基甲苯二胺(E100)、二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E300)为原料,并调整改性端氨基聚醚和扩链剂的摩尔比例制备不同的聚脲涂料。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)对聚脲涂膜的分子结构进行分析,并测试不同配方聚脲涂料的凝胶时间和表干时间;同时对聚脲涂膜的耐水性、电气强度、拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明:聚脲涂膜具有良好的耐水性和隔水性,其电气强度最高可到110.82 k V/mm,且具有较好的拉伸性能。在电机铁芯隔水防护领域应用具有可行性。 Hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer, modified amino-terminated polyoxypropylene (ED600), and chain extender diethyltoluenediamine (El00) and dimethythiotoluene diamine (E300) were chosen as raw materials, and polyurea coatings were prepared by adjusting the molar ratio of modified amino-terminated polyoxypropylene and chain extender. The molecular structures of polyurea coatings were analyzed by FTIR, the gel time and drying time of coatings with different formulations were tested. At the same time, the water resistance, electrical strength and tensile properties of polyurea coatings were tested. The results show that the polyurea coating has good water resistance, water insulation property, and tensile properties, the electrical strength is up to 110.82 kV/mm, so that the polyurea coating can be used to water insulation and protection for motor core.
