基于多特征指标综合评价的油纸绝缘热老化程度研究 被引量:6

Study on Thermal Ageing Level of Oil-paper Insulation Based on Comprehensive Evaluation with Multi-characteristic Parameters

摘要 对变压器绝缘油进行了40天的加速热老化实验,实验过程中定期测量聚合度、糠醛、总烃与一氧化碳等特征量参数。将聚合度作为变压器绝缘老化评价标准,并通过拟合的方法确定糠醛、一氧化碳和总烃(甲烷、乙烷、乙烯和)与聚合度数值上的相关关系式。引用多指标综合评价的方法,将时间、温度、糠醛、一氧化碳和总烃作为评价指标,综合各个关系式获得聚合度数值。结果表明:多个特征量的引入保证了老化判据聚合度的准确性,同时具有不停机在线测量的优点。 An accelerated thermal ageing test was conducted on transformer insulation oil for 40 days, the characteristics parameters such as polymerization degree, furfiaral content, total hydrocarbon (methane, ethane, and ethylene) content, and carbon monoxide content were measured regularly during the test. The polymerization degree was chosen as the evaluation criteria of the transformer insulation ageing, and the relation formulas between polymerization degree and the parameters were obtained by fitting method, respectively. Combining with multi index comprehensive evaluation method, the parameters time, tempera- ture, furfural content, carbon monoxide content and total hydrocarbon content were used as evaluation index to calculate the polymerization degree via the relation formulas. The results show that introducing the multi-characteristic parameters can not only ensure the accuracy of estimating the polymerization degree of ageing, but also has the advantage of non-stop online measurement.
