摘要
为准确计算植物绝缘油中溶解气体含量,根据相关标准测定FR3植物绝缘油中溶解特征气体组分的奥斯特瓦尔德系数,得到50℃下FR3植物油中溶解的7个组分气体(氢气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲烷、乙烷、乙烯、乙炔)的奥斯特瓦尔德系数的均值。将其与现有标准中的50℃下矿物绝缘油中溶解气体组分的奥斯特瓦尔德系数进行对比。结果表明:FR3植物绝缘油中乙烷气体的奥斯特瓦尔德系数比矿物绝缘油低30%,FR3植物绝缘油中乙炔气体的奥斯特瓦尔德系数比矿物绝缘油高70%,氢气、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、甲烷和乙烯这5种气体的奥斯特瓦尔德系数在两种油中相差不大。
In order to accurately calculate the dissolved gases contents in vegetable insulating oil, the aver- age Ostwald coefficients of seven components (hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene) dissolved in FR3 vegetable oil at 50 ~C were obtained according to relative standards. The measured values were compared with the Ostwald coefficients of the dissolved characteris- tic gases in mineral insulating oil at 50 ~C given in the current standard. The results show that the Ostwald coefficient of ethane in FR3 vegetable insulating oil is 30% lower than that in mineral insulat- ing oil. The Ostwald coefficient of acetylene in FR3 vegetable insulating oil is 70% higher than that in mineral insulating oil. The Ostwald coefficients of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane and ethylene in the two oils have little difference.
