摘要
用碳化硅(SiC)代替部分增强材料,研究了SiC用量和代替不同增强材料对聚酯短纤维增强橡胶复合材料的混炼性能、门尼黏度、硫化特性、物理机械性能、动态力学性能和导热性能的影响。结果表明,适量的SiC代替部分增强材料的短纤维增强橡胶复合材料,在维持其良好的物理机械性能的条件下,可有效降低能耗和门尼黏度,提高橡胶的流动性,改善焦烧时间和硫化时间,提高加工性能。随SiC代替炭黑比例的增加,对轮胎湿滑路面的牵引性能没有不利影响,而且降低了轮胎的滚动阻力,改善了因加入聚酯短纤维而导致损耗因子在橡胶复合材料玻璃化转变温度处最大值减小的弊端。
Silicon carbide (SIC) was used to replace part of reinforced materials, and the effects of amount of SiC and replacing of different reinforced materials on the mixing property, Mooney viscosity, vulcanization characteristics, physical and mechanical property, dynamic mechanical property and thermal conductivity of the polyester short fiber reinforced rubber composites were investigated. The resuits showed that the short fiber reinforced rubber composites which made use of moderate amount of SiC substituting partly reinforcing materials could keep their good mechanical properties, and the energy consumption and Mooney viscosity could be effectively reduced, flow ability of rubber could be im- proved, scorching time and curing time could be shorten. With the increase proportion of SiC replacing carbon black, there was no adverse effect on wet road traction performance of tire, the tire roiling resistance was reduced and the disadvantage of the decrease of dissipation factor at the glass transition temperature of the polyester short fiber reinforced rubber composites were improved.
