摘要
为了充分利用山西省较为丰富的果木资源,解决香菇产业栽培资源短缺问题,本试验选择香菇‘K5’为试验材料,以杂木、桑木、苹果木和枣木为栽培基质,测定并分析了子实体和菌棒中的有机质含量及香菇产量。结果表明:4种果木屑均可作为香菇的栽培基质,且香菇产量和子实体中的有机质含量呈显著的相关性。其中,枣木基质生产的香菇其产量和有机质含量均比其他果木基质要高,而且能更多的利用菌棒中的有机质。因此,在香菇代料栽培种可以考虑使用枣木代替传统的阔叶树木屑。
To make full use of the abundant fruit tree cultivation resource shortage in mushroom industry, resources in Shanxi Province and solve the problem of mushroom 'K5' was used as experimental material, hardwood, mulberry tree, apple tree and jujube tree were used as cultivation medium, to determine and analyze the content of organic matter in mushroom and stick and mushroom yield. The results showed that the four kinds of fruit trees could be used as the cultivation medium of mushroom, and there was a significant correlation between the mushroom yield and the organic matter content in sporocarp. The yield and the content of organic matter of mushroom cultivated on jujube tree medium were higher than those of mushroom cultivated on other fruit tree medium, and it also made more use of organic matter of the bacteria stick. Therefore, jujube trees can be used as the cultivation medium instead of the traditional broad-leaved trees in mushroom substitute cultivation.
