摘要
研究旨在了解长汀废矿区生态修复后的草本植物多样性情况,以期为该地区的植被恢复和重建提供科学依据。在已经进行生态修复的长汀县河田镇山地废矿区进行猪场沼液的灌溉,设置样地,调查林下草本植物的物种组成,分析林下草本植物的多样性。结果表明:在研究区调查到12种草本植物,隶属7个科12个属;废矿区草本植物多样性指数(Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数)随着海拔的增加而增加;阳面坡的植物多样性指数均大于阴面坡;同个坡向的灌溉猪场沼液的山坡比未灌溉猪场沼液的山坡的草本植物多样性指数大。
To explain the diversity of herbaceous plants in Changting waste mine after ecological remediation,and provide a scientific basis for vegetation recovery and rebuilding,pig farm biogas slurry irrigation was conducted in waste mine after ecological remediation in Hetian,Changting,sample plots were set to investigate plant species composition and analyze herbaceous diversity.The results showed that in the study area,there were 12 herbal species belonged to 7 families and 12 categories; the diversity indexes(Simpson index,Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou evenness index) increased with the increase of altitude; the diversity indexes of the sunny slope were greater than that of the shady slope; in the same slope aspect,the diversity indexes of the slope with pig farm biogas slurry irrigation were greater than that without irrigation.
