摘要 分析涡轮流量计产生机械慢表的原因,依据数据传输系统传回的停机延时流量制订机械慢表的评估方法,对某LWQZ-100B的流量计的30次停机数据进行分析,当流量计停机延时流量评估得分小于等于20分时,通过贝叶斯定理判断,依据评估得分发现该流量计为机械慢表的准确率的大于等于90%的可信度为94.94%。如果客户用气设备每天至少停机1次,则评估周期最多需要30 d,该评估方法可将故障发现周期从2 a缩短到30 d,最大程度降低燃气公司的机械慢表损失。 The reason why the turbine flowmeter produces the slowness of mechanical meter is analyzed. The evaluation method of the slowness of mechanical meter is formulated according to the shutdown delay flow rate returned by the data transmission system. The data of 30 shutdowns of a LWQZ-100B flowmeter are analyzed. When the evaluation score of the flowmeter for the shutdown delay flow rate is less than or equal to 20 points, the Bayes theorem is used to judge the flow rate. According to the evaluation score, it is found that the reliability of this flowmeter which accuracy of the slowness of mechanical meter is greater than or equal to 90% is 94.94%. If customer gas equipment is shut down at least once a day, the evaluation cycle takes up to 30 days. This evaluation method can shorten the failure detection cycle from 2 a to 30 days, and mini-mize the loss of the slowness of mechanical meter in gas company.
