摘要
为了实现高压电源的小型化,并联谐振变换器的整流输出电路采用倍压整流电路,从而得到并联谐振倍压变换器。这种变换器可以利用谐振技术实现开关管的零电压和零电流开通,降低开关损耗,还可以通过倍压整流电路解决传统高压电源中变压器升压倍数大、体积大、制作难度大的缺点。文章论述了变换器主电路的各个工作状态。在基波近似的基础上进行变换器的交流稳态分析,得出了它的数学模型。
In order to realize the miniaturization of the high-voltage power supply, double voltage rectifying circuit was used at the output voltage circuit of the parallel resonant converter and the parallel resonant double voltage converter was obtained. The converter can make use of the resonance technology to realize the zero voltage and zero current opening of the switch tube and reduce the switching loss. It can also solve the disadvantages of large voltage multiplier, large volume and difficult production in traditional high voltage power supply by double voltage rectifying circuit. The work state of the main circuit of the converter was discussed in this paper. On the basis of the fundamental wave approximation, the AC steady state analysis of the converter was carried out, and the mathematical model of the converter was finally obtained.
