交流变频电梯能量回馈控制系统的设计

摘要 针对国内电梯能耗巨大、迫切需要节能技术的现状,在现有逆变技术的基础上进行创新,增加控制电路,设计完成一套交流变频电梯能量回馈控制系统。该能量回馈控制系统主要由硬件电路和MSP430F169单片机软件控制实现。硬件电路包括功率逆变电路,电压、电流检测电路以及单片机控制电路。为了使回馈的能量逆变后得到标准的正弦波以减少对电网的污染,设计中采用了先进的双极性SPWM调制方案,通过调制波与载波信号的比较来控制三相全桥逆变电路中开关管的开通与关断,从而输出稳定的正弦波交流电。 Aiming at the present situation of large energy consumption and urgent need for energy saving in domestic elevator, based on the existing inverter technology, we innovated and designed the control circuit, and completed a set of AC frequency conversion elevator energy feedback control system. The energy feedback control system was mainly controlled by hardware circuit and MSP430F169 MCU software. The hardware circuit included the power inverter circuit, the voltage and current detection circuit and the single chip computer control circuit. In order to achieve a standard sinusoidal wave to reduce the pollution of the power grid, an advanced bipolar SPWM modulation scheme was adopted in the design. By comparing the modulation wave with the carrier signal to control the opening and closing of the switch tube in the three- phase full bridge inverter circuit, the stable sine wave alternating current was output.
