基于ANSYS断路器触头微间隙发热产生机理的仿真研究

摘要 开关设备作为开断电流和隔离设备的关键元件,在电力系统中有着广范应用。然而开关设备触头普遍存在发热问题,严重影响电网的安全运行。文章研究开关触头的发热形变机理,便于及时发现开关触头的发热缺陷,将发热缺陷消除在初始状态,保证开关设备的安全运行。 As a key component of breaking current and isolation equipment, switchgear has a wide range of applications in power systems. However, there is a general heating problem in the contacts of the switch equipment, which seriously affects the safe operation of the power grid. This paper studied the mechanism of thermal deformation of switch contact, which was easy to detect the heating defect of switch contact in time and eliminate the heat defect in the initial state, so as to ensure the safe operation of switchgear.
