摘要
为了判断配电变压器的绕组材质,以变压器绕组体积、质量以及直流电阻为依据,提出了一种判别变压器绕组材质的新方法。这种方法基于对绕组参数的测量与实验数据的收集,构建出配电变压器绕组参数标准数据,再将待检测配电变压器绕组参数测量数值和标准数据库进行比对,将绕组参数作为影响因素,搭建出分析模型,从而对变压器绕组的材质做出较为明确的判断。
In order to determine the winding material of distribution transformer, a new method for judging the material quality of transformer winding was put forward based on the volume, quality and DC resistance of transformer winding. This method was based on the measurement of the parameters of the winding and the collection of experimental data, and the standard data of the parameters of the winding parameters of the distribution transformer were constructed. Then we compared the measured values of the winding parameters of the distribution transformer to the standard database, and took the winding parameters as the influencing factors, and built the analysis model, so as to make a clear judgement of the material quality of the transformer windings.
